Profuse apologies to those who have been following my “be the bride” series. Yes, I’ve lapsed. Ack. I know, it’s not like you were on pins & needles waiting for my next post, but I did commit to one shoot per month and I’m like, one or two behind, right? In my defense, this is my busy season, and during these times when I’m pretty much duct-taped to the camera or the computer, it’s best if the only client I let down is myself.
But I took a break today and shot one for you. Yes, it’s another studio session but that’s not out of laziness; I thought of this concept on the way back from In-n-Out and I just knew Pickle had to be part of it. The only way to do it was in the studio, and luckily for me, it was still set up from Eva’s rad kids session.

Now here’s something different; there are 6 photos here. I usually only post one, but it’s hard to pick a favorite when Pickle is in them.
I do have one that I like a teeny bit over the others, but I’ll let you choose which you prefer. And while you’re choosing your favorite, we should totally make a game out of this and have you guess which one is MY favorite.
I’m about due for a giveaway, so let’s do this: everyone who guesses correctly which photo is my favorite will be put into a pool, and from there I’ll choose a random winner. The giveaway this time: a surprise grab bag box of all kinds of cool stuff. No, it won’t be leftover lipstick or empty film canisters (well, empty film canisters are pretty cool, especially if you’re from the 80s and remember what we all used them for). I promise it will be neat stuff for guys or girls and even kids.

Nicole Harlow - I’m in love with all of these, #2 because Pickle is looking up at you, and #6 because of the little sniffer in the flowers. The one I think you slightly favor over the others? I’d like to say both 1 & 2, but I think I’m going with #1 because Pickle’s head is under the dress.
I hope I’m right, but they’re all pretty rad, and I love ‘em. <3
Stacy Glassburn - I am going with the 5th one. I don’t know what was being thought about while it was being taken but to me there seems to be some mischievous twinkle in your eyes. Pickle looks adorable in all of them!
Brittney - The last one is my favorite, and I’m going to guess that it’s yours too. (Perhaps just out of egocentrism, but we all need something to go on.)
tamelyn feinstein - I like them all, but my favorite one is the first one — I love the way the wedding dress becomes Pickle’s bridal veil. I’m just gonna take a wild guess and say that the first one is your favorite one, too.

Tracy Bugni - I think it’s #2. The teef! And of course how he’s all gazing up at you.

Cindi - Oh this is tough. I think you like #2 because you KNOW he worships the ground you walk on. I do love them all but I think #1 is my fave just because of the way your dress is draped over his head. And he has that kind of “what the hell am I doing here?” expression on his face. Either that or “the things I do for this woman…” *wink*

Cyndy - Bottom left. And if it’s not your favorite, it should be. Pickle’s disaffected puppy face is awesome and you look absurdly precious. You’ve had tough bride a fair amount. I like demure on you. But only in pictures.
Jenna - I’m going to have to guess #2 because he has a “what in the hell are you doing” look, which is totally appropriate not only because you stuffed him under your dress, but also because his moms is in a dressy dress and we all know that’s not the norm
jennifer konig - I coulda sworn I commented already, but I don’t see my comment, so I’m chiming in again. I had originally voted for #2, but looking at it again, I like the last one, where Pickle is sniffing the flowers — more for the look on your face. Yep.
