Don’t let the innocent faces fool you; they are all hellions and I’m pretty sure they have a motorcycle gang.

So. If you missed the all-day pet portrait session at Hapa Collective last weekend, well…that’s a bummer for you! I met some awesome dogs and my face was literally chapped from all the kisses! (Ahhhh, dog pile on the floor with slobbers; there’s nothing I like better).

Despite this month-long cold I’ve got (yes! yes! I’m behind on everything, including my Be the Bride series, and this pain me to know end), I did manage to stay upright the whole day and get some great shots of some of Seal Beach’s truly adorable K9 population.

Here’s a sneak peek at a few of them; nobody else has seen these yet, but I think their face simply must be shown to the internets, maybe even put on a postage stamp. Bonus: most were smalldogs. Yes! (Did you know that “smalldogs” is my username at Flickr? It totally is, and most of my friends there call me “smalls,” which I adore.

So get yourself comfy for some cute overload, and then kick yourself for not showing up. Bah, that’s your bad. Maybe next time
